Shipping policy

General:

All items are typically shipped within 24 hours of your order submission. Orders are shipped every day except for Saturday, Sunday and major National holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after you complete your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when ordering and when reviewing your order confirmation e-mail. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately to correct your shipping address. Once your order has shipped, we are not able to make any changes to your order or shipping address. Any shipment issues and order related problems must be reported to us within 14 days of the shipping date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages which show proof of delivery from the shipping company.

Domestic Shipping:

All orders are shipped FREE via USPS within USA. The normal time frame for the delivery is 3-5 days once the package is shipped. We also offer Priority Mail, and Express Mail for faster delivery times.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping to our international customers. We use USPS International Priority and FedEx Priority International to ship orders to pretty much any destination around the world.
